DELIVERY INFORMATION

1. Delivery Cost

  • Free shipping on orders over $150

  • $12.00 flat rate for orders under $150


2. Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

  • Delivery takes 2-9 business days, but delays may occur due to Australia Post.

3. Shipping Method

  • All orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel (door-to-door service).

  • Delivery to residential addresses, business addresses, and PO boxes is available.


4. Shipping Area

  • Shipping is available within Australia only. No international shipping.


5. Additional Charges

  • A flat $12.00 shipping fee applies to all orders.

  • Additional fees may apply for large or commercial orders. Contact us for a quote if needed.

6. Stock & Dispatch Location

  • Orders are shipped from New South Wales, depending on stock availability.


7. Multiple Items

  • Multiple items in an order may be combined for shipping.

Proof of Purchase

To request a return, refund, exchange, or repair, please provide one of the following proof of purchase:

  • Original purchase receipt (sent to your email for online orders).

  • Original return/exchange receipt.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will resolve the issue promptly. Please email us at sales@glasslock.com.au with photos of the damaged product, and we will arrange a quick replacement or refund.

Change of Mind

  • If you change your mind about your purchase, Glasslock Australia offers a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  1. The item is returned within 14 days of purchase.

  2. Proof of purchase is provided.

  3. The item is in resalable condition, meaning:

  • It is in its original packaging, including manuals, labels, and all accessories.

  • It is unused and in its original state.

In this case, the customer will bear the return shipping cost of $12, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Only the product price will be refunded.

For any other concerns regarding exchanges or refunds, please contact us via email, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
